Are there any archives from the early 80s (80-83) of the Thielensian? I used to be the Driver for years. Back then, every Wednesday, i would drive the hand crafted sheets to Elwood City at 7am and pick the printed Thielensians up at 4pm at the printers, who also published the daily Elwood City newspaper…nothing was digital yet.
Anyhow, I’m looking for old copies online. I’m listed simply as HENRY = DRIVER on the paper’s info spot, under the editors. I did this for 2 or 3 years at the rate of $20 per week.
Hi Jim,
Sadly we do not have digital copies that got back that far. However, we do have archives in the library on campus, that go back to the 1800’s. I would suggest maybe going there to find old articles. I could reach out to the librarian if you would like to give me some contact information to pass along to him.
