First Response

by Thielensian NewspaperNovember 30, 2018September 6, 2021

Dear Juliet,

I have a problem. I’ve been seeing this guy for a month, and it’s been great, but my grades are suffering. How do I balance my new relationship with all the work and studying? I don’t want to lose him. What do I do?

Sincerely,

Help

Dear Help,

Love and school can be hard to balance at any point of the relationship. The important part in any relationship is communication. Talk to your boyfriend. Tell him what is going on and that you need time to study. I’m sure he will understand. Like Dr. Seuss said, “Those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”

Love,

Juliet
